Overview of new features and functions in this product increment are:

SIDRIVE IQ – Digital Platform:

  • Phase out DSEW and include required functionalities in IQ Suite - Include DSEW functionalities like Onboarding, Asset-, User-, Agent- & Hierarchy management in IQ Suite
  • IQ Reporting V1 - Automated reports in SIDRIVE IQ have been upgraded to a new design and including now additional information.
  • Prefault System for risk analysis of GH180 V1.1.0 - Algorithms have been improved using additional drive data from an increasing number of connected assets
  • IQ Suite time series chart - Time series charts are created in a different way and design has been updated for better user experience
  • OPC UA plugin for SIDRIVE IQ - New communication module available, which is a standard in the industry and can be used to connect third party sensors/devices to SIDRIVE IQ
  • IQ Numerix Remaining Useful Lifetime - Based on certain KPI’S like winding temperature, operation hours, partial discharge, number of starts, environment conditions, configuration data, etc. get a remaining lifetime of the winding for MV motors

SIDRIVE IQ – Apps:

  • IQ Troubleshoot V1.5.0 - Troubleshooting content available in French, Portuguese and Spanish language. Pull manuals/drawings from IQ Twin. Drive information from Troubleshoot will be passed on to LDA Portal for Expert support
  • IQ View UI Harmonization to SIDRIVE IQ Mobile Apps look + Chinese Language - Look and feel of IQ View now the same as IQ Troubleshoot and from V1.6. in Chinese language available
